Richard M. Maser, founder of Maser Consulting P.A. is pleased to announce the firm has made a strategic change in its leadership structure. Mr. Maser is passing the company’s presidency to Kevin L. Haney, PE and has advanced long-time director, Leonardo E. Ponzio, PLS to the position of Executive Vice President.

“I am pleased to be entrusted with this leadership responsibility, and I appreciate having the support and confidence of our shareholders,” stated Kevin Haney. “I look forward to continuing to work in unison with Leo in driving the firm’s tactical direction.”

Mr. Haney and Mr. Ponzio will continue to maintain their previous responsibilities as Chief Operating Officer/Chief Administrative Officer respectively. This transition of the firm’s leadership team is part of the company’s strategic plan.

“Having been with the company for over 29 years, I am proud to have played an integral role in growing the firm to what it is today,” said Leo Ponzio. “I am excited about this new structure and look forward to what the future holds for Maser Consulting.”

As Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the firm, Mr. Maser will continue seeking opportunities that will strengthen and provide long term stability for the company while steering its direction for success.
