Superstition Vistas is a master-planned community that is currently in Phase 1, with a proposed 2,783-acre master-planned community consisting of 10,940 single family units, 443,500 SF of non-residential space, five Community/District Parks, 10-acre public facility site (library, fire station), schools, and 417 acres of parks and open space.

Engineering services to date have included preliminary civil infrastructure evaluation, surveying, mass grading plans, final plat, improvement plans for Phase 1A, Phase 1B, off site infrastructure plans, water campus and transmission main design.
