Richard M. Maser is the Executive Chairman of Colliers Engineering & Design (formerly Maser Consulting), a multi-discipline consulting and engineering design firm that he founded in 1984.  He is a licensed Professional Engineer, Professional Planner, and Certified Municipal Engineer. His field of expertise is in civil, traffic, and municipal engineering and he has served as an expert witness in civil engineering and traffic engineering cases before numerous boards and courts.

Richard serves on the New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT) Board of Trustees; is a member of the Advisory Board of the Rutgers Center for Real Estate; and a Fellow of Leadership New Jersey.

He is a graduate and long-time supporter of the New Jersey Institute of Technology (Newark College of Engineering).
