Leonardo E. Ponzio is Executive Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) and Senior Principal for Colliers Engineering & Design. His proven leadership guides the corporate service team to operate in stride with the firm’s growth. As CAO, he oversees the firm’s corporate service departments which include the Information Technology, Marketing, Workplace Services, Corporate Systems and the Learning and Knowledge departments throughout all offices. He also manages the firm’s insurance and lease programs for its facilities and has been instrumental in supporting the overall Firm’s rapid growth by overseeing all mergers and acquisitions for the firm.

Mr. Ponzio’s significant 35+ years at the company have been marked by his versatility and dedication to embracing change and fostering growth. During his tenure as the Division Director of Surveying Services, he played a pivotal role in transforming the firm’s conventional land survey division into a nationwide leader, embracing cutting-edge survey technologies such as terrestrial LiDAR, mobile LiDAR, and Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS). His expertise in land surveying operations brought an emphasis on adherence to rigorous Quality Assurance and Quality Control Standards to the survey management teams.
