I recently came across this neat, little living map of Philadelphia courtesy of philly.curbed that is tracking high rise development and redevelopment projects across the City! Currently, Maser Consulting is involved with 7 of the 26 projects on this map, providing varying combinations of geotechnical, civil/site, survey, environmental and/or special inspection services.

Our recently finished projects include Dalian on the Park, Lancaster Square student housing tower (25 stories) at Drexel University and The Isle apartment complex (four levels over ground level parking) in Manayunk. We’ll be adding to that list this year with the next wave of upcoming construction for The Hamilton (15th & Hamilton), Hyatt Centric, and Modus Hotel!
