Colliers Engineering & Design offers recent graduates and students the opportunity to gain real-world knowledge in a supportive, welcoming environment. The largest source of entry-level hires is our internship/co-op program, but you are welcomed and encouraged to apply and engage with us at any time, even if you haven’t interned here before!  We want great talent to start their careers here and stay with CED and its affiliates for their entire career!

Colliers Engineering & Design and its affiliates know that college & university recruiting is critical to growing organically for years to come. This year alone, Colliers Engineering & Design and its affiliates will be attending over 60 career fairs across the United States, recruiting interns, engineers, designers, and operational support staff from some of the best programs in the country.
