Provided civil/site engineering, geotechnical investigations, land survey, permitting, and construction administration for the West Side Lofts, located in the arts and entertainment district of downtown Red Bank. Upon construction completion, this mixed-use development will include 79 apartments, 10 town homes, 3 live/work artist lofts, 13,000 SF of retail space, a 220-car parking garage, and a restaurant. Amenities will also include a clubroom, fitness center, business center, game room, and a rooftop lounge.
