We bring retail brands to life through environments that connect with consumers and adapt to changing shopping behaviors.
Reimagining the Future of Retail
Online shopping and rapidly shifting trends have changed the way consumers shop for goods and services. Our team of professionals possess a holistic understanding of the evolving retail landscape and the challenges that arise in competitive shopping spaces across the nation. From strategic program management to building assessment to aggressive store rollouts, we collaborate closely with our clients to deliver exceptional experiences that build brand loyalty and customer retention for a diverse range of communities.
Making the most for your consumers
At Colliers Engineering & Design, we’re committed to working with clients through each phase of development. By aligning your goals with our shared vision, we identify complex obstacles and create long-term, cost-effective solutions customized specifically to clients’ project goals and needs. We also develop a customized web-based document sharing system, or integrate with our clients’ systems to streamline program management. No matter the challenge, we remain steadfast in making consumer shopping experiences immersive, eco-friendly, and unique one brand at a time.
Retail Services
We assist our clients through each phase of their project, carefully assessing each need from start to finish.
Program Management
Using project management and tracking systems, our team can take an entire program from the initial site assessment through design, procurement, construction, and start-up operations.
Store & Facility Renovations
Whether you’re rebranding your space, refreshing the design, or developing something new in an existing building, we design for your desired customer experience by preparing scoping documentation, assessing building systems, and collaborating with our clients to establish the level of renovation required for a project.
Tenant Fit-Out
We have extensive experience working with national retailers across their tenant fit-out portfolios, including malls, shopping strip centers, and urban and big-box locations, creating test fits and coordinating with the landlord and retailer on-site specific architectural and building system conditions.
Urban Integration
In urban locations where tight work sites dictate vertical solutions, we have experience modifying single level prototypes into multi-floor retail formats and integrating vertical customer circulation while optimizing store layouts to maximize merchandise SKU counts.
Store Roll-Out
Our multi-store rollout program experience ranges from mid to large SF retail formats. Our production teams strive to provide coordinated documentation that delivers reliable results to each store through technology integration and strategic placement of commercial retail teams across the regions we serve.
