Transforming the Built Environment
Colliers Engineering & Design provides engineering, architecture, and land developments services for big box sites and retail plazas across the United States. We also act as the owner’s representative for new developer-built supermarkets managing numerous contractors and vendors. From planning to strategic site selection, we develop and re-develop a wide range of shopping centers, residential areas, and pad sites to enhance lifestyles and consumer experiences, making individuals feel more connected to your brand.
Our designers have served clients as the Retail Master Services Architect and Engineer, Architect of Record (AOR) for retail store roll-out programs and as Prototypical Architect. With decades of expertise, we have a deep understanding of branding, place-making, tenant mix, and market positioning in making your property exciting, easily identifiable, and attractive to every kind of consumer.
