Design, bidding, construction, and close-out of a new medical office building.

Colliers Engineering & Design is currently serving Maine Medical Center as the overall project manager for the design, bidding, construction, and close-out of a new medical office building in Scarborough, MA.

When completed, the project will feature approximately 100,000 of medical office space, built to a design standard that rivals the efficiency standards of an ambulatory surgery center.

This project is a part of Maine Medical Center’s Master Facilities Plan which includes the expansion of its Portland Campus; that project is currently being project managed by Colliers Project Leaders as well.
