Structural Engineering
How our structural engineers help owners assess, rehabilitate, and build infrastructure that lasts What makes a structure last? The answer is never as simple as the materials it is made of. Loading conditions change over time, environmental exposure takes its toll, and the codes a structure was designed to meet may no longer reflect current…
Mechanical / Electrical / Plumbing
From energy audits to heating, ventilating and air-conditioning systems, our seasoned experts optimize building systems for long-term functionality and high performance.
Modern Considerations for Higher Education
We strategically approach each space by incorporating the latest trends, technologies, and facility resources needed to support current and future academic needs for students.
Flexible Learning Environments
Teaching and learning are expanding beyond traditional lecture halls into collaborative classrooms and informal study areas. We work with institutions to plan flexible, technology-enabled spaces that adapt to evolving pedagogy and program needs
Sustainability and Operational Performance
Campuses operate like small cities, making energy performance and long-term operating costs critical to institutional budgets. We help institutions integrate building performance strategies early in planning to support decarbonization goals, reduce lifecycle costs, and create resilient campus infrastructure.
Research-Driven Facilities
Investment in research labs, innovation hubs, and industry-partnered spaces continues to grow, particularly in STEM and emerging technologies. We collaborate with universities and research teams early to coordinate complex engineering, safety, and operational requirements so facilities perform from day one and adapt over time.
