Northlake Boulevard

Palm Beach County, FL

This project consists of the widening, and milling and resurfacing of the existing I-95 mainline from mile post (MP) 34.52 to MP 35.156, as well as providing triple left- and right-turn lanes at the I-95 northbound and southbound ramps (Exit 77). Widening and resurfacing will occur along Northlake Blvd. from Military Trail to Silverthorne Dr., including the addition of a fourth lane in each direction within the project limits. The scope also includes new signalization and lighting for the impacted intersections, a new overhead cantilever and new overhead signage for the modified interchange, in addition to the City of Palm Beach Gardens receiving new sidewalks and bicycle lanes along Northlake Blvd.

Colliers Engineering & Design’s Structural and Roadway Design Teams are working hand in hand to provide analysis and design for the project’s retaining walls, mast arms, signing and pavement markings, and signalization. Proposed improvements will enhance operational capacity, reduce congestion, and increase safety for its users.
