Colliers Engineering & Design worked with the Eastern Carolina Council of Governments and the Town of Minnesott Beach to ensure the Town’s 2021 update to the Code of Ordinances addressed all mandatory legislative and practices required in Chapter 160D of the North Carolina General Statutes (G.S.) Local Planning and Development Regulation. The zoning code audit included a report documenting areas of ordinance compliance with G.S. Chapter 160D and code sections requiring additional review and consideration by the Town.
