Approximately 477 acres of land will be developed in the near future within the Town of Cramerton, North Carolina. This will require multiple stretches of roadway as well as multiple intersections to be widened and traffic control improvements to be made to handle the growth and development of the area. Colliers Engineering and Design CT, P.C. provided topographic surveying services along four stretches of roadway and four intersections to model the existing configuration (relief) of each roadway and intersection. Information collected included but was not limited to the location of edge of pavement, centerline of road, edge of concrete driveways, tops and toes of existing ditches, storm structures with invert elevation information collected, signage, marked underground utilities and all natural and man-made relief to properly create a 3 dimensional electronic drawing for design purposes.
