Colliers Engineering & Design provided civil engineering and surveying services for this 35,000 SF, three-story, class A office building with one of the only glass elevators in San Antonio, Texas. The property includes a 1,200-square-foot military museum on the ground floor, which will display artifacts and memorabilia from the Vietnam War, where company Founder, Michael Lynd Sr., served as an infantry officer in the U.S. Army from 1968-1969. The client installed a large memorial globe in the front of the building and, further alongside the parking lot, placed a retaining wall with the names of all Vietnam Veterans who died in combat.
