Colliers Project Leaders provided commissioning services for the expansion of Conagen’s production capacity and administrative/support space within the vacant space located in the West end of their current building. The new space consists of approximately 11,000 square feet of a combination of Laboratory/Office/Administrative area.

Colliers Project Leaders was first brought on to provide project management services and was then subsequently hired to perform commissioning services as well.
