Colliers Engineering & Design provided construction management and inspection services for the rehabilitation of the Burlington-Bristol Bridge and Tacony-Palmyra Bridge. The scope of work included steel surface preparation, three-part epoxy painting, and structural steel repairs. Containment review and inspection, lead paint abatement, and epoxy waterproofing sealcoat were all necessary components of this project as well. Based on a global structural analysis, it was necessary to conduct a re-evaluation of the containment system of the existing structural conditions.

Administrative duties included review of payment requests, shop drawing review and coordination, project scheduling, change order reviews and negotiations, coordination with Coast Guard permit restrictions, contractor RFI reviews and coordination, and meeting attendance and coordination.
