Our Ft. Lauderdale office in District 4 serves as a central hub of survey, geospatial, and subsurface utility mapping services. From conventional surveying to aerial and mobile LiDAR mapping and Subsurface Utility Engineering investigation and location, our Ft. Lauderdale office is equipped to support the growing survey demand of the Florida Department of Transportation and other public and private clients within South Florida’s Tri-County area.
Our Survey Leadership: Michael Cardo, PSM
Survey Department Project Manager Michael Cardo, PSM has relocated to Colliers Engineering & Design’s Ft. Lauderdale office to serve as lead for FDOT District 4 survey needs. Michael has over 19+ years of experience, and he has a proven record of delivering complex assignments in full compliance with client expectations.
In this role, Mr. Cardo will oversee contract administration, staffing, QA/QC, and communication, and will proactively identify and resolve issues that may affect scope or schedule.
