Provided professional services for the 226 multi-family residential apartment homes on approximately four acres. The project was a redevelopment of an existing hotel and restaurant. The apartment homes are contained in two buildings, situated on a uniquely-shaped lot. The site presented challenges due to the urban setting and the need to provide adequate access, parking and connections to the neighboring properties.

Colliers Engineering & Design prepared all land use applications for the development and secured local and NJDEP Flood Hazard approvals. Colliers Engineering & Design assisted AvalonBay in discussions with the neighboring property owners by preparing solutions to mutually improve their properties and also benefit the AvalonBay Community.
