Colliers Engineering & Design is pleased to welcome four new Building Engineering Systems hires, establishing a new office in Bethel, CT. The new hires; Clinton Hastings Jr., Livia Hatlaczky, Viktoria Hatlaczky, and Andy Galan build on the firm’s growing Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) service offerings to clients in the healthcare market.

Andy Galan is a Technical Specialist and plumbing, fire protection, and medical gas engineer with over 10 years of experience and 1,100 projects across healthcare, commercial, educational, and multi-family sectors. He specializes in code-compliant system design, construction administration, and multidisciplinary coordination.
Clinton Hastings Jr. joins Colliers Engineering & Design as a Senior Mechanical Engineering Designer, specializing in HVAC designs. He has experience working with healthcare, education, commercial, hospitality and residential projects, handling tasks from load calculations and equipment selection to full construction documentation.
Livia Hatlaczky is a Design Technician specializing in plumbing and fire protection design. With seven years of design experience, she has produced more than 500 AutoCAD drawings, including 2D/3D floor plans, riser diagrams, and isometric drawings. Her outside experience as a volunteer construction assistant gives her direct exposure to construction constraints, installation methods and trade coordination in her work.
Viktoria Hatlaczky is a Design Technician with experience delivering electrical designs for over 700 new construction and renovation projects across healthcare, residential, institutional, educational and other commercial facilities. Her skills lie in developing complete electrical drawing sets, including power and lighting floor plans, one-line diagrams, panel schedules, luminaire schedules, electrical details, and parking lot/site lighting plans.
Andy, Clinton, Livia and Viktoria are all based out of the firm’s newest office in Bethel, CT. As Building Engineering Systems team members, they will be joining the discipline concentrating in the providing engineering designs for healthcare projects across the East Coast region.
