Mr. Tingley is the Chief Financial Officer for Colliers Engineering & Design. As CFO, Mr. Tingley oversees the company’s financial operations – including financial planning and analysis, financial reporting, financial strategy and best practices, capital allocation, working capital management, and financial compliance. He is also a member of the company’s Executive and 401k Committees.

Mr. Tingley is an experienced executive with over 22 years in operations and corporate finance and accounting leadership roles for public and private companies in the engineering, construction, aerospace and defense, software development and outsourced service industries. He most recently served as Vice President of Finance and Assistant Corporate Secretary at T.Y. Lin International. Prior to that, Mr. Tingley held senior leadership roles with AECOM, Amentum, and URS. He is a licensed CPA and began his career in public accounting before moving into the AEC space where he has held a variety of roles of increasing responsibility.

Mr. Tingley received his bachelor’s degree in business from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland and a bachelor’s in history from the College of Arts and Humanities at the University of Maryland.
