Mr. Zeidman’s is the Chief Integration Officer for Colliers Engineering & Design, member of the Executive Committee and Senior Principal with the firm.

In his role as CIO, he is responsible for the overall integration strategies and oversight of the entire integration process for the incorporation of all acquisitions companywide. This includes integration strategies that encompass the firm as a whole, as well as specific integration approaches tailored to individual acquisitions.

Working closely with the firm’s Mergers and Acquisitions team throughout the due diligence process, Mr. Zeidman’s leadership ensures the successful execution of the integration plan. These responsibilities include the development of the overall timeline for integration milestones; communication plans with the acquired firm and staff; development and execution of an integration-specific change management plan, and facilitation of cultural integration strategies.

Prior to assuming this position, Mr. Zeidman established the firm’s Telecommunications service line, ultimately serving as Division Director of the Telecom and Utility Division. Under his direction, the Telecommunications service line successfully provided consulting services for all major, national cellular providers and carriers, tower companies, and program managers in all 48 contiguous United States.
