Allison Colantuoni, PHR, SHRM-CP is a Principal/Shareholder and Member of the Executive Committee for Colliers Engineering & Design (formerly Colliers Engineering & Design) for which she founded the Human Resource Department in 1999. Initially serving 100 employees, she now serves the firm’s offices nationwide. Ms. Colantuoni is a standing member of the firm’s Strategic Planning Committee which has successfully guided the transition of Colliers Engineering & Design into Colliers Engineering & Design which included significant regional and national growth.

Throughout her career, Ms. Colantuoni has implemented a multitude of successful programs facilitating employee career development and continuing education while cultivating a corporate culture that ensures employees have the opportunity to thrive both personally and professionally. Consistently placing on NJ Biz’s Best Places to Work in New Jersey and The Zweig Group’s Best Firms to Work For programs is evidence of her dedication to creating and maintaining a positive workplace.

Ms. Colantuoni was named one of the Top 25 “Intraprenuers” by the Leading Women Entrepreneurs organization in 2017. As a member of the company’s Safety Advocate Committee, she has been instrumental in the development, implementation and ongoing advancement of the Corporate Health and Safety Program. She is also an advocate of empowering women in the workplace through the firm’s Women’s Organization, which she co-founded. Most recently, she became Chairperson of the firm’s newly founded Diversity & Inclusion Committee which seeks to cultivate a culture of belonging for all employees.
