Accelerating Our Client’s Success – Leaders Collaborate for 2023 Plan

As Colliers Engineering & Design continues to expand across the nation, keeping in touch with discipline leaders has been a priority. Our talented Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE), Utility Coordination and Survey professionals have grown exponentially, becoming one of the most in-demand services. To keep up the great work and make connections in person, National Discipline Leader of SUE Services Tom Rock organized a meeting for Geographic Discipline Leaders of SUE, Utility Coordination and Survey earlier this month.

Leaders from Colorado, Texas, Maryland, New York, North Carolina, and Florida gathered in sunny Palm Beach County, meeting at the Boca Raton office to develop a success plan for 2023.

“With our team spanning offices all across the country, it was important for Tom to get everyone together to discuss best procedures and practices for the high-quality service we provide,” said Daniel Checchia, Geographic Discipline Leader of SUE Services (Boca Raton, FL). “We want to make sure that we provide the same quality and standards of service to all our clients throughout the country, and this meeting was a step in that direction.”

The meeting also developed more personable connections across CED Disciplines. The SUE, Utility Coordination and Survey teams frequently collaborate on projects. As we continue to grow as a firm and open new offices across the United States, having an open line of communication with each region’s Geographic Discipline Leader will help facilitate our client’s success.
