This 1,900-acre rail-served logistics center is a pivotal hub for corporations such as Mark Anthony Brewing, Nestlé, and Red Bull/Rauch/Ball (RRB). To date, approximately 4 million square feet of industrial buildings on over 800 acres have been designed and completed, making it a significant development in the region.

Our firm provided extensive planning and coordination for this project, beginning with processing annexation and zoning requests and obtaining Certificates of Convenience and Necessity (CC&N). Key infrastructure developments include the construction of a 6-mile offsite sewer trunk main and a 2.25-mile offsite water main extension. Additionally, 2.25 miles of rail were designed to facilitate logistics operations, along with improvements to 4.75 miles of arterial streets and 2 miles of industrial collector streets. Our team also delivered a comprehensive package to support the center’s water needs.

To date, we have completed the civil engineering on six facilities within the center for Rauch, Red Bull, Ball, Mark Anthony Brewing, Merit Partners and Ryan Companies, as well as offsite infrastructure plans for Nestlé.
