VIDA San Antonio is a new 600-acre planned development. Single-family homes, apartments, and townhomes – all varying in price ranges, will have direct access to the Madla Greenway, and an expansive trail system that connects the community to the Texas A&M University-San Antonio campus, shops, restaurants, entertainment venues, as well as healthcare services. This project incorporates master planning, stream restoration, park theme development, bike & trail planning and design, recreational areas with amenities (pavilions, restrooms, paddling trail stairs, facilities, signage), and nature-based parks. Colliers Engineering & Design is contributing to applicability, design, and the construction of on-site stormwater management best management practices.
