This mixed-use project covers 3.22 acres in downtown Tempe, AZ. It consists of two luxury apartment towers with 407 units connected to 31,512 sq. ft. of street-level retail and restaurant space. Additionally, the lower tower includes twenty-two walk-up city homes on the first four floors. The final design also features an outdoor deck with a swimming pool, grills, fire pits, and lounges with cabanas on the fifth floor.

Our team coordinated extensively with the owners, architects, and land use attorneys. After gaining full community support, the project was successfully constructed and has reinvigorated the area with new residential units and storefronts.
