Colliers Project Leaders provided commissioning services for the Oxford Middle School project, which houses 488 students in grades 6 – 8.

The new, three level, 81,984 square foot building is located on Town-owned property between two existing public schools which remained occupied during construction.

In addition to traditional middle school spaces, the new building includes large science laboratory classrooms, an engineering tech classroom, a full-sized gymnasium, and a cafeteria.

The project also involved the construction of parking lots, site circulation, utility infrastructure, as well as athletic fields to replace those affected by construction
