Colliers Engineering & Design was retained to provide survey, site design, and geotechnical and environmental services for a senior living development in Princeton. Over the years, Sunrise Senior Living communities have redefined senior care, and they continue to grow throughout the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom.
This $25 million project includes a two-story, 72,000 SF building with parking lots, utilities, and recreation space for the residents. Our services included Preliminary and Final Site Plan designs, stormwater management design, and preparation and submission of necessary permit applications, including project narratives and environmental impact statements. This project is located in a Transition Zone within Princeton which required community outreach efforts beyond the typical public hearings.
