Silver Valley Elementary School, part of the Queen Creek Unified School District, is situated in the Cadence master-planned community in Mesa. While the site boundaries were established, none of the surrounding street or utility infrastructure had been designed when the project began. Our team worked closely with the master developer’s engineer to coordinate all necessary infrastructure, ensuring the school could be ready for the upcoming school year.

Despite the tight timeline, we completed the full construction plans in just thirty-nine days after issuing the fee proposal, a process that typically takes three to four months for a project of this size. Thanks to efficient planning and coordination, the school successfully opened on schedule for the 2019 school year.
