Our team provided comprehensive civil engineering and surveying services for a 1,300-acre, 170MW solar energy farm across Pinal (150 acres) and Pima (1,150 acres) Counties. The site includes solar panel arrays, battery storage, fire staging areas, and connecting gravel roads.

We delivered site planning and civil design to support the minor comprehensive plan amendment and rezoning application. Our stormwater team evaluated hydraulic conditions by analyzing and modifying a regional 2D study of the Santa Cruz River and Tortolita Mountain tributary watershed. This analysis characterized the Santa Cruz River floodplain and floodway impacting the site, informing both counties’ preliminary grading and drainage plans.
