Colliers Project Leaders provided project management services during the renovation of Rocky Hill’s Senior/Community Center.

The $10.5 Million project included a renovation of approximately 15,600 gsf of existing space in the Town Hall and construction of a 9,650 gsf addition to the Town Hall building with a dedicated entrance for the new Senior/Community Center.

The space doubles as both a center for seniors to enjoy activities and socialize, and a community center that all residents can use.

The new combined center includes several multi-purpose rooms, administrative spaces, a game room, and a café area with a kitchen for social gatherings, as well as a room for a nurse to perform blood pressure screenings and hearing tests.
