Our team designed Riverpoint, a conceptual mixed-use development for Parcel 5 in Providence, Rhode Island, blending sustainable living, vibrant retail, and urban green space. This innovative live-work-play community reflects a forward-thinking approach to urban development, integrating modern energy-efficient housing with dynamic public spaces.

The development includes a diverse range of residential options, each designed with cutting-edge advancements in energy efficiency to promote sustainable living. At street level, the design activates the surrounding area with retail outlets, a coffee shop, and a full-service restaurant, fostering a vibrant and engaging streetscape. Outdoor seating and green spaces connect seamlessly to the adjacent park, riverwalk, and pedestrian pathways, creating a cohesive environment that encourages community interaction and walkability.
