Colliers Engineering & Design is currently providing a full range of engineering and construction services for a proposed travel plaza with gasoline sales and parking facilities at Orlando International Airport. The project site is included within a larger cell phone lot development on approximately 8.5 acres overall with 200+ parking spaces, with approximately 2.25 acres dedicated to the travel plaza. The proposed development includes a convenience store with two quick service restaurants, 12 fuel positions, and typical appurtenant site improvements. The property is currently contained within the land owned and managed by the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority (GOAA), in which the proposed convenience store with gasoline sales has been an approved and designated use for this parcel of land.

Our professionals are providing civil/site engineering, permitting, water and wastewater engineering, bid document development, contract negotiation assistance, and construction administration and inspection services. Colliers Engineering & Design has also managed and coordinated architecture, geotechnical engineering, landscape architecture, and building engineering services as part of this contract.
