Provided comprehensive engineering services for a new warehouse/distribution center development in the Township of Bethlehem, located on approximately 8.7 acres along Brodhead Road. The new trucking facility consists of a 39,000 SF warehouse, along with a 76-door cross dock, and a 5,000 SF office at the south end. The site also includes tractor, van, and pup parking; car parking for employees; stormwater detention; and fencing, gates, and sidewalks.

Our professionals created a concept plan that considered factors such as zoning regulations, topography, existing utilities, environmental features, traffic circulation, and stormwater management, and we performed stormwater infiltration testing at the site to assist in the design of the stormwater management system. We conducted a traffic study, including trip generation and capacity analysis; performed a topographic survey; provided recommendations for concrete and asphalt paving cross sections; prepared a full site plan; and obtained all necessary permits.
