Currently providing comprehensive engineering services, land survey, project management, and construction administration for the Richwood Village development in Harrison Township. Once completed, this 383-acre property will house approximately one million SF of retail space with a total residential component of 1,414 dwelling units.
Colliers Engineering & Design coordinated with Madison Marquette to assist in obtaining municipal approval of an amended redevelopment plan for the project. Our professionals also assisted in the assemblage of the various properties within the redevelopment area and modifications to the wastewater management plan for the tributary area.
