Mighty Squirrel had a goal: to create a multifaceted experience around their growing beer brand that accentuated the community. The project transforms a 23,000-square-foot building into a dynamic hub that combines beer production, social gathering, and recreation. The upper level features a 10,000-square-foot taproom and production area, offering visitors an immersive brewing experience. Meanwhile, the lower level serves as a storage space for fermenter tanks, ensuring smooth operations for the brewery.

To further enhance community engagement, the remaining 5,000 square feet of the upper level has been leased as retail space, currently occupied by the rock climbing brand Central Rock. This thoughtful integration of recreation and commerce creates a vibrant, multifaceted space that reflects Mighty Squirrel’s vision to connect with the community and provide more than just a beer destination.
