Provided engineering services for the new Academic Science Building on the Middlesex County College campus in Edison Township, located near the intersection of Mill Road, Woodbridge Avenue, and Patrol Road. The new 34,000 SF, two-story Academic Science Building will provide students with state-of-the-art classrooms and labs. Additional site improvements included lighting improvements and resurfacing on Parking Lot #3, near the building.

Our professionals provided a feasibility study, site analysis, concept plans, topographic survey, a geotechnical study, a full site plan, and stormwater management services. We also coordinated with the architect and construction manager to analyze the site design elements and provide documentation on the U.S. Green Building Council LEED credit check list to assist in achieving a minimum of LEED Gold Certification
