Serving as Architect of Record (AOR) for Luxottica’s NYC corporate office was a dynamic international collaboration with Milan-based Park Associati. A centerpiece of this transformation was the technical evaluation and implementation of new stairway openings, designed to connect three floors while meeting safety standards. Our team led the engineering effort to develop structural solutions and implement new MEP systems throughout the conjoined workspace, all while preserving the original Italian design vision.

Working alongside our construction partners at Schimenti, we navigated the complexities of NYC building regulations and permit requirements. Our comprehensive scope included coordinating finish specifications, providing technical construction details, and managing construction administration services—all within a demanding timeline.
