This expansion of the Longmeadow Shops strengthened its position as a premier retail destination in Western Massachusetts. Our team’s vision centered on a new 21,126-square-foot building, thoughtfully designed to preserve the center’s distinctive character while accommodating three major retailers: CVS, Verizon, and J. Crew Mercantile. The expansion merges with the existing architecture through harmonious materials, scale, and detailing.

Beyond adding retail space, our design introduced a welcoming new gateway at the complex’s east end, improving circulation and creating a more intuitive shopping experience. This strategic enhancement reinforces the Longmeadow Shops’ legacy as a cherished community hub while positioning it for continued success.
