This project involved the complete renovation of an existing retail building. The 15,260 square foot building was demised into an 11,767 square foot childcare center with a licensing capacity of 157 children and an adjacent 4,000 square foot tenant space. The facade was redesigned to incorporate Lightbridge Academy standard branding.
