This 9,300 square foot childcare center is on the main floor of this multi-story apartment building. The center occupies space that was intended for restaurants, which never came to fruition. The existing outdoor common area was converted into a playground and was able to accommodate climbing equipment as well as open space. The total licensing capacity is 138.
