Teaming with Spiezle Architectural Group, Colliers Engineering & Design provided professional engineering services for a 5,529 SF, three-story building addition to the existing LaSalle Academy. The addition provides the Academy with much-needed multi-purpose space and includes an open-air courtyard/playground on the ground floor, gymnasium on the second floor, and rooftop garden. Services included site plan preparation, grading, drainage and utility plan, soil erosion and sediment control plan, regulatory permitting, and construction document preparation.
