The Justin Commons project consisted of an Affordable Housing Development in the Township of Monroe, Gloucester County, New Jersey. The development is comprised of 132 affordable apartments in 11 buildings with a community building and other typical appurtenant site improvements on a 37-acre site. Colliers Engineering & Design provided site design and a construction stakeout. This fast-tracked project began construction within four months of starting the site plan design.
