Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling (JBAB) in Washington, D.C., supports thousands of military personnel and their families across a range of essential operations. Our firm was contracted by Goldbelt Operations to deliver comprehensive design and commissioning services at JBAB Building 72, known as Enterprise Hall, a barracks facility operated by the United States Navy.
Our team provided electrical, mechanical, and structural engineering design services, along with architectural design and plumbing engineering, to support the renovation and modernization of this residential facility. Beyond core design disciplines, our firm led commissioning coordination across the project, verifying that building systems performed reliably and met operational requirements before turnover.
Throughout the effort, our team also delivered construction administration services to maintain alignment between design intent and field execution. By integrating multiple engineering disciplines under a unified commissioning approach, our firm helped ensure Enterprise Hall would continue serving Navy personnel as a safe, functional, and efficient living environment.
