Served as the environmental consultant for Harrison Senior Urban Renewal LP in the preparation of an Environmental Review Record in support of an application for HUD funding for the redevelopment of Block 6, Lot 50.02, 774 Harrison Avenue. A Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) and Preliminary Assessment (PA) was also prepared to identify possible environmental conditions (for an ESA) and Areas of Concern (for a PA) on the property.

The Phase I ESA/PA was prepared/performed in accordance with American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) Standard E1527-05 and the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP) Technical Requirements for Site Remediation (NJAC 7:26E).
