Colliers Engineering & Design is providing civil engineering and surveying services for the design and construction of 7,479 linear feet of 30-inch gravity sewer. The sewer main is to begin at a future 36-inch gravity sewer and extend to a point 1,700 linear feet southeast of the tract. In addition, a 24-inch sanitary sewer will extend 4,279 linear feet and cross SH-211 to the southeast corner of another tract. Services include schematic design, tree surveying, as-built drawings, sanitary sewer field notes and exhibits, and civil engineering services including project management, design and construction, stormwater pollution prevention planning, tree preservation planning, and construction observation. Environmental services include cultural resources review, environmental site assessments, karst feature surveying, and endangered species habitat assessment.
