Colliers Engineering & Design (CED) has provided structure inspection services as a subconsultant along Florida’s Turnpike Enterprise highways within Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach Counties from Milepost 0 to Milepost 190, the Sawgrass Expressway, and the Turnpike Spur from Milepost 0X to Milepost 3.4X. CED has participated on this biennial inspection and reporting contract as a subconsultant over three separate yet consecutive cycles.

The contract includes approximately 320 bridges, 515 overhead sign structures, 30 large non-qualifying culverts and 251 high mast light poles. Reports are submitted inclusive of structure element quantities, deficiency descriptions, photographs, inventory data verification, fracture critical sketches, work-order recommendations, and condition ratings. CED submits signed and sealed reports within 30 days of each inspection date as part of our commitment to facilitate timely client review and work order issuances.
