The applicant consolidated and redeveloped four lots, a total area of approximately 1.9 acres, at the intersection of Willowdale Drive and Lincoln Highway in Lancaster, PA. The redevelopment included the construction of a 4,831 SF Chick-fil-A restaurant with dual ordering stations and drive-thru lanes.

The applicant worked with PennDOT and the township to make improvements to Willowdale Drive that would benefit the neighboring residents. The applicant also met with the neighbors on multiple occasions to discuss their concerns and to incorporate their concerns into the design of the site. Other challenges, such as rezoning of the property, satisfying residential neighbors, karst geology, and water quality were all overcome during the redevelopment of the site.
