Currently providing civil/site engineering and land survey services for the construction of the new Cambria Hotel and retail project located at the northeast corner of Broad and Locust Streets in Center City, Philadelphia. Existing structures will be partially demolished and renovated for the addition of the 148,270 SF, 14-story hotel, which will feature 222 rooms, a two-story lobby, restaurant, bar, banquet facility, indoor pool and fitness center, roof top deck, and over 16,000 SF of retail space.

Prior to proceeding with design work, our professionals performed a topographic survey to verify aboveground and visible utilities, as well as elevations, contours, and physical features. Upon completion of the survey, we prepared the zoning, grading, stormwater management, and utility design plans for submission to the City. We also expedited permits as part of the process.
